Dynamex in the lower mainland is the worst service imaginable. Amazon has started using them again for deliveries. I have NEVER had an issue with a delivery from Amazon until now. The delivery label clearly states delivery between 8:30am and 5:30pm ONLY. So what does Dynamex do? They try to deliver after 8:30pm, not once, not twice, BUT 5 TIMES. And this is after I contacted Amazon TWICE to let them know what the issue is. Amazon apparently contacted them as well, but then again...at 8:30pm!!!!

Ordered two items from Amazon with next day delivery. After staying home the entire day to wait for the package, no one had came. I checked on amazon and it said they couldnt access my building (even though all the info was included on the package) I called their customer service number and waited on hold for over 45 minutes. This is absolutely the worst company you can use. I'd highly recommend it if you are looking for RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, IRRESPONSIBLE people to handle your package. They had a package of mine that they were suppose to deliver to my work (a secured building). They were advised by the sender to call me and I'd go down to get the package. The delivery person suddenly decided upon getting to the location that "he doesn't have time to call everyone" (as per his MANAGER!!!) and chose to give the package to the first person he came across to be delivered to me. This individual takes it to our shipping department for it to get circulated in the company until it gets to me. I have yet to get the package which I was supposed to have received SAME DAY! It was soooo important that I get the package ASAP and they certainly didn't deliver. I called and left a voicemail for a different supervisor to contact me and no one called back. They are absolutely the WORST company I have come across.
