Klaus is the best...
Klaus is the best! He helped me out for free over the phone and his advice got me out of a jam. On Sunday on Thanksgiving weekend our dryer stopped drying. We had a wet load of sheets that needed to be dried ASAP. I went on YouTube and identified the problem but was unable to get parts because all of the spare part shops were closed until Tuesday. In desperation I called appliance repairers hoping one of them might have the part. After a few calls I spoke to Klaus. He was very helpful. He wanted
