I have bought 2 used vehicles from MacCarthy GM with excellent service from the entire sales staff. I've been back for service too and noticed they all go out of their way to make you feel like part of the family.

Never Again!

I would not recommend getting your vehicle repaired at MacCarthy GM. We have had nothing but problems with this repair shop. The customer service is AWFUL and they over charge for labor. The whole service department is disorganized and unprofessional. They do not call you before doing unnecessary repairs and they do not call you when your vehicle is fixed. It took half an hour to simply print a invoice so that I could pay for a repair. They ordered the wrong part on 2 separate occasions and charged for the labor it took to find out they ordered the wrong part. After 3 visits, they were unable to fix a simple circuit repair. They insisted that we order expensive parts and have unnecessary work done to the vehicle. I believe that they are a dishonest mechanics shop and I would strongly discourage you from going to MacCarthy GM. Please do not make the same mistake we made.
