Great Canadian Oil Change

The guys at the Island Highway location were great. Callum was polite, efficient and explained the oil change process throughout. It was a very pleasant experience and I will be sure to recommend them to others! Thanks guys!

Daniel amazed us with his offer to check out a squeaky clutch and other areas for no charge insisting that we didnt need to do an oil change. He wasnt sure they had the filter for our vehicle but we had one so we got him to do that and he pointed out a possible issue with our new to us vehicle that we are having checked out. I was also impressed that after he was done hesomeone else to check that all the caps had been closed. Really impressed with him and the policies in place. Highly recommend

This is my go-to place for an oil change. They are always helpful, efficient and considerate. I never feel 'pushed' to purchase additional products although they always inform me of what I should consider to maintain my vehicle. I appreciate this business and continue to go there on a regular basis.

Recently had an oil change at country club location and got home to discover oil leaking. Took it to my mechanic and they Didn't tightened the bolt. Apparently its important. Wasn't impressed. Do you think I'll return. Hahaha. What a joke.

5 Star Customer Service

Amazing customer service. I was asked by three different people if I would like a coffee or drink, newspaper etc in the entire 10 minutes it took to do my oil change. Plus, when I told them I had a CAA membership, they asked if I was a student and then told me that my student discount was greater than the CAA discount and gave me that one instead. I highly recommend. They were super fast and professional too.
