The owner is rude and very unprofessional

I wouldn’t have given them 1 store had there been an option for 0. I had an 11:00 booking. Left the car there. Figured that they should probably be close to being done an hour later and he said that it won’t get looked at for another 3-4 hours??!! What? Isn’t that why I booked an appointment?., They had no courtesy to let me know when I dropped the car off that it would be 5 hours before I get my car back. All of this on top of being handled very rudely in front of other customers zero care!

went for an alignment and tire replacement. The tech hooked up to my battery for some reason and now my check engine light is on.

Yesterday I took two rims and two tires to be fitted and balanced , I returned 1 hour later and they were ready to go .paid the $44:85 loaded the two wheels and went home . Much to my surprise the tires were never balanced. This now creates more time loss having to take them back to get balanced. How can you trust management and workmanship ????? Not a happy customer.!!

I went to get 3 for 4 deal that went well. But then they said they couldn't do an alignment cause I needed new tie rods! Both inner and both outers!! For 800$ asked me to schedule right away! So i took it to my regular mechanic he looked at it and took it for a ride said it's perfectly fine don't need any work at all!!! NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN!!! EVER!!
