Scammers. Will run your strata admin fees up exponentially. They are horribly dishonest in communications, minutes & financial records.

Steer as far away as possible. REMI does not respond in a timely manner, takes no responsibility for their mistakes, and after repeated promises fails to deliver. The only thing you can trust or consider consistent is their failure and total disregard for your Building. With REMI a promise made, is a promise failed. Do not use this company - you will be sorry.

I have never seen such incompetence in my life. Steer clear of REMI Realty & Wayne, they will leave your building in much worse shape.
