Doing It Right returned my call the same day and was able to book an appointment within 2 days. Had the problem diagnosed and fixed in less that 30 minutes. Would highly recommend them.

Did not show up for appointment and made no phone call as to why

My clothes washer broke recently; I called Doing it right Appliances Service that same afternoon. I got an appointment for early the very next morning. Jay arrived on time, fixed the washer efficiently, expertly, and professionally with a very reasonable service charge. I am very impressed and will recommend Doing it right Appliances Service to anyone who needs appliance repairs.

VERY UNHAPPY with this tiny company. Jay is unreliable, doesnt call when promised, shows up late & didnt guarantee his wwork. WILL NOT RECOMEND OR USE EVER AGAIN.

Jay is an excellent resource for any appliance problems. Service is prompt and he does not overcharge or recommend unnecessary repairs. I live out of town and I have a rental property, so I am always really thankful to have his phone number handy!
