Had a pipe freeze & crack at my business. Dave was apologetic he couldn't come right away, but spent 20 minutes on the phone with me, problem solving and helping me to mitigate the damage until I could get a plumber in. He even gave me the name of another plumber I hadn't tried.Then, when he finished his current job, he popped by to see if I was able to reach another plumber, or if he could help problem solve a bit more for me until I could get him in the following day. SUPERB service!

Had a plugged sewer line yesterday afternoon, called Dave but his truck was in the garage he suggested other plumbers to call, he even called one for me, they were all busy. Dave called back to say the garage just told him his truck was ready so he said I can come right now, this guy is thorough, professional and accommodating.
