    I have been going to this H&R for years. They have always been friendly and efficient in their service and I’ve always been satisfied with the work completed.

    A complete waste of time - customer service was brutal. Been going here for the last 5 years. I will never pay a single cent into this location ever.

    Terrible customer...

    Terrible customer service. They chose to not honour a coupon from corporate because they are a franchise.
