Medicine Hat Lodge

We did not have air conditioning all night after complaining for the second time they sent up maintenance but would not give us another room,most of the extra things were not avaliable no go carts and had to stand in line in our bathing suits waiting for them to find the right key to get into the pool hot tub was not avaliable ice machines are in short supply the take away breakfast was okay very small portions though and if you stay go early we didn't sleep so 7 am room wasn't very clean stain

Stayed here for work and for personal. I received excellent service from the staff. Features in the hotel makes for a great stay!

fantastic place to stay!!

My family and i stayed at the Medicine Hat Lodge over Christmas and were thoroughly impressed with the service we recieved and the amenitites that were offered. It was nice that although they have a waterpark it was not loud overrun. The staff seem to handle there areas of work quite compentantly. Pool area was clean and i noticed that the maintenance staff were doing checks on the water which made me feel safe with having so many kids in the pool. ..At night us older kids took in the casino and entertainment, we stopped in at the new lounge and what a difference!! very modern and classy!

Poor Service

I would rate this hotel higher if the service was better.
