Discount Lethbridge has the ultimate best Customer Service in Alberta. I would really like to give a commendation to your employee Sharon. Sharon goes way above her call of duty. She will bend over backwards to help a customer in need. You could never ask for a better employee like Sharon. If I was able to rate Sharon I would give her a score of 30 as she has exceptional Customer Service to every customer that comes into this location.

You have excellent staff especially the two ladies in the front office always cheerful and very helpful. Facilities were clean. Reasonable wait times. I would definately use them again and I will tell everyone I can.

Amazing customer service!!

I was very impressed with their customer service. My vehicle was in the shop for hail damage and I was quoted at 28days for my personal vehicle to be done. So long story short my vehicle was not ready on time. Discount rental in lethbridge took their time out of their day to call me and let me know about renewal etc. They were just absolutely amazing! Vehicle was spotless when I got it and it was first time ever being in a rental and they were very helpful in every step of the way.
