Not sure if you want a review from me. I spent over an hour at the lot and got NO service. I was walking back to my vehicle when I saw Viktor. He was there on his day off and jumped at the chance to help me. He went inside and got Tim and things got better. If Viktor had not been there I would not have received any customer service and would have left. Am very pleased with my truck and would recommend Viktor and Tim. Viktor is the main reason I bought at College Ford. Great young man.
I have been a loyal College Ford customer for almost 7 years now, however my current vehicle will likely be my last with them. It took my husband sending an email to our salesman to be taken seriously about an issue I had brought to the service teams attention months ago. I can’t help but think because I’m a female I wasn’t taken seriously because what does a woman know about vehicles? Sorry guys, when my lease is up, I’m taking my business somewhere else.
