TALKED WITH ONE OF THE TECHS ABOUT A REPAIRMAN AND EVEN THOUGH THEY DONT SUPPLY THEM, HE WAS WILLING TOI DISCUSS THE MODEL AND ISSUE AND WITHIN MINUTES HIS KNOWLEDGE AND HELPFULNESS HAS SAVED ME A COUPLE HUNDRED DOLLARS IN DIAGNOSIS AND REPAIR. TOLD ME THE PART KIT I NEEDED AND OFF WE WENT. THANK YOU

Called these people out to fix my dishwasher. The lady who came seemed to be in a bad mood. Couldn't find the wiring diagram on the dishwasher. Took the bottom plate off and left it on my counter...said she couldn't fix it...left us a number for and Edmonton business..."says I'm gonna walk on this one, I'm outta here" and abruptly walked out ....never bothered to put the plate back on...left it on my counter. If you cant fix dishwashers you should not be in the dishwasher fixing business.

Nice facility, kind of reminded me of how shopping was before the big box stores moved in. Excellent service, competitive prices (even compared to online vendors who do not pay property tax in our community).
