Once he has your money, you're on your own. The tiles delivered were from a dye lot quite a bit different from our samples. That's understandable, but the color is very different from what we had decided on. He wouldnt even consider helping us get the correct tiles...without us paying an extra 25% restocking fee for tile which is still in the cases. I went direct to his supplier and they just laughed and swapped them out at no charge. Find another tile shop... there's lots.
Terrible customer service, I had to chase the guy down to remind him to order the tile I wanted and his response was "oh, I did forget about that". Shouldn't it be the other way around? The store calling me to confirm my order? Shop somewhere else!
