Find another care provider. These guys have poor manners, horrible customer service etiquette, and zero conversation skills when it comes to parent concerns.

Poor management, high staff turnover, and terrible communication with parents. They were over 30min late to pick up my child from school one day and I found out from another parent instead of from the center.
