I am very disappointed. I was going to her place since 2015. It was great until April 2019, when her services quality dropped dramatically. After doing my hair color for 4 years suddenly she just ruined it. Then she refunded me and fixed the problem. Yesterday she ruined my hair again, after I showed her her own work photo that was done by her around three years ago. When I addressed the issue, she just said: we have creative differences and this is what you asked for.
