If i can i will give this 0 star. this is simply getting ridiculous. We had ordered a bed online at costco. The bed first came about a month after the ordered date and with parts cracked, missing components, and gaps between wood planks, As well as staple came off with horrible craftsmanship. We took picture and sent them to customer service. We waited another 1 and month and today they showed up with only replacement to the cracked headboard. no Screws, no other replacement, and they cant even
