Went in for a navel piercing. The receptionist was very friendly. The piercer however was so rude. I have never felt more of an inconvenience to someone. She barely said two words to me the whole time, she was extremely unfriendly and didn't explain anything to me before or after. She told me nothing about the process or about the aftercare. I ended up getting an infection and did my own research to make sure I was caring for it properly, but that is something that should automatically be part of the procedure. A good piercer will make sure their clientele is educated. She had me in and out so fast I just felt like it was a quick buck and I didn't feel I got the quality and care that should come with an over priced $120.00 navel piercing. I will never go back.
