This Apartment is the worst place in town. the COCKROACH  is the big problem at this place. water is shut down every month and you have to gather some water for YOUR  use on that day. to make it worst. you have to pack all your stuff in the middle of the room packing them as if you are moving out all over again. the packing happens every 4-5 months or even earlier. IT'S A BIG INCONVENIENCE.it needs new management. Kimmy needs to get fired, she is the bad person in the whole group. it's obvious

1: water turned off a lot. 2: getting kicked out for 10 hours because of bug spraying (that doesn’t work) 3: dryers in laundry room do not work (constantly) 4: elevators breaking down or being turned off. And this is just all in 1 week. I hate this place.

TERRIBLE. LISTEN TO REVIEWS. THERE ARE OTHER RENTAL PROPERTIES IN CALGARY. DONT EVER STEP IN THIS PROPERTY. Cockroach, ELEVATOR NOT WORKING, laundry NOT FUNCTIONING. EVERYTHING IS AWFUL, TERRIBLE STAFF, BAD. ALL BAD!!

On November 09/2017 approximately at 4:00 pm I was badly injured by Freight Elevator Door in this building. When I tried to enter Freight Elevator the door unexpectedly strongly hit my head and start to clamp my body. I hardly been able to push the door and escape. (Hit caused head injury, deep cut on the forehead, facial disfigurement (visible scar).I had to go to Emergency Room where Doctor decided to suture because I had Laceration of Forehead.I got 6 stitches.Management never even apologized

When you ask for your right you are called to be Rude. Also instead of fixing their problems before you sign the lease agreement rather they will ask you to sign and advise you that they will fix it, but once you sign they will keep telling you stories, like oh sorry it's weekend, holiday, so; give us a week or so, then you will be disappointed and nothing you can do than to bear it as you have already signed. They like taking advantages, but; their front desk reception (Mimy) is awesome.
