Bad Experience / Poor Customer Service

I placed an order with Vern's Pizza which was expected to take 45-60 minutes. After waiting over 90 minutes I called to check on my order, the employee proceeded to state the 2 Large Pizza's "were on their way". I explained how it was over 30 minutes late and would rather take my business else where. The employee did not apologize for the inconvenience or attempt to make good of the situation. I expected much better service, especially when they are charging $62 for 2 large pizza's. Do not recommend.
