I ask for help, but i ending feel like a bum at your door

i was thier in july i was told i couldnt be helped due being to soon and i didnt even know what she was talking about at first ... then she said wait we are closed that day that you can come back so i will help you now ...and then said how did this happen ..... just lost your job !!!!!! that it ... so i told her what was going on she still seemed to look at me with judgement .. i do not know but I didn't feel like a human on your steps i was feeling ashamed that i even asked for help ..
