Very poor the brick.l order 2 things wait 3 months not comes?i don’t knows

Minus 1 star if possible! Purchased BRICK ‘100% Genuine Leather’ Sofa in 2014 from Sales Associate Summer! It was clearly explained by their Sales Associate that there is no bonded leather or vinyl involved! Lie: it is genuine leather at the seating area but vinyl at the back, on the side and on the top. Recorded 3 conversations with their associates in Deerfoot and Sunridge locations stating the old and the new collections are 100% leather!!! Liars! When faced them with a misrepresentation, so

Hadassa was beyond exceptional. Amazing experience at such a pleasant location. Highly highly recommend going in to See her. She was so patient with my extreme demands lol, and found me what I needed at a price no one else could beat. Beyond satisfied!

Too long of a horrid experience to be able to write here. Any other place I am sure is better than the Sunridge location.

I was there today for the vip sale and I always ask for Gurpreet J , Ive used here for a lot of sales and she is by far the best sales person there she listens to you and she always finds away to make the best deal in town, I highly recommend her when you go there to buy your next purchase!!!!.

Always have a horrible experience here. Stalked like prey when your trying to look around and if you actually buy something it's an equally horrible experience dealing with these people. I have 5 years blanket/full warranty for the sofa set I purchased from The Brick in 2015, after little over two years, leather started Cracking and peeling of finish, Failed stitching, Seam separation, frame broken and joints/springs sound. Under the brick's warranty guidelines, all the above items are covered under the warranty, however, The Brick is refusing to honor the warranty without any reasons This is second time same thing happened, BAD quality.
