RBC Royal Bank

I would not recommend using their drive through machine. It’s swallowed my card twice now. After going inside to get it back I was told it’s been doing that all day… too bad someone other than me hasn’t come up with the idea to put an out of service sign on it. No leadership at this brach.

It's too bad you can't call and ask a live person one question. I had to listen to endless recordings, then get put on hold. Then speak with someone not at the branch. so they could figure out how I can speak to a live person at that branch. I am 20 minutes into trying to get a yes or no question answered.

Terrible service. Super slow, not friendly, very nosy tellers, and no contact from the advisors. Applying for a loan shouldn't take over 5 weeks to get a response. Totally embarrassed for RBC.
