The customer service was horrible. I was only asking a question and the girl was rude and disrespectful. No wonder the rating is so low. This registry deserves a -1.0 rating.

It is a terrible experience being here. They ruin one week of my life. I have been driving for 30 years. I left Canada for a few years and so, my driver's license was expired. I went to this registry to get my license back. They made a mistake and put me on an advanced road test! (which is more expensive and takes an hour). The road test examiner was even more terrible. His "goal" was not to help but to reject me. Maybe because he knew that I am an experienced driver and he just wanted to reject

Purposely failed me on my road test… twice. They just take your money and find some random excuse to fail you. The examiners do not care at all about whether you are a good driver or not, they will find a random excuse to fail you and take your money. I wish I could give them 0 stars.

The staff here gives off an unwelcome aura. They were very rude to me and another customer who was in front of me. And the fact that they have their learners computers right next to where the like up is really stupid. They should have a separate room so that the people who are taking the learners test can actually concentrate and not be distracted by a crying baby every 5 minutes.
