I just came from this place and first time experience horrible ! I went in for a simply eyebrow shaping and the lady ended up taking half of my left eyebrow right off. In all my eyebrow shaping history this has never happened to me before. Now I'm a very laid back person but this time around I had to let them know what they did. I am very upset about this experience. Will never be going back!

This is a neighborhood nail salon. Nothing fancy which probably allows them to offer competitive pricing. They are a little cheaper than the other nail salons in the area. They do nice work and they always remember your name.

I used to love coming to Milan, but recently it is under new owners and they are terrible and rude and my nails broke- I am never going back there. I won't even give it one star but this is not an option. Save ur money and go elsewhere. Old owner Lily is missed. New ownership terrible and need a lesson in customer service!

I've been coming ...

I've been coming to Milan nails for 3 years now, pretty much since they opened. They used to have an amazing staff who were nice and polite all the time. Recently (about last 6 months) there have been some changes and all new staff now. I've been back about 4 times since the new staff started and every time I've had a bad experience! 1. Had someone cut my finger! 2. Had all my shellac peal off in 3 days! 3. Had my booked appointment time given away and sat for 20 mins waiting! And most recently was treated so badly I just walked out! I will never return to this place again!
