they do not tell you about bed bugs-when they invade your suite they spray it with poulins company-THEY REFUSE TO TREAT THE ENTIRE BUILDING! the owner SHANNOTT HOLDINGS either does not know or does not care!they only care about $. people smoke dope and are loud if you complain they get warned-after2 complaints they get evicted policy-never happens! my advice? dont hire them ever! and spend more $ to get a place that responds and keeps the bldg clean they didnt clean the carpets for years!

Avoid rental property management companies at all costs. We’ve been renters for many years and this was our first experience. It’s better to deal with a landlord personally instead of allowing the company to represent them.

My husband & I rented Friday from Mastre for several years & would do so again. Staff are awesome, from move in to lease renewal to maintenance to move out - all handled with efficiency

Worst People you will ever meet in your life. Do Not rent from them!!!

We have been dealing with this company re our rental property for 10 plus years, and they have been there for us; We reported issues through email and got almost immediate response and action taken as soon as possible. I don't know what else they could have done to improve our experience in renting a home through them. We recommend this company.
