I have been going to this particular Massage Heights for 5-6 years ! I always get the receipt for insurance emailed to me! Very friendly at the reception and every therapist I have had, I was helped and happy with their massage. Love the add-on's such at hot stones or elevating neck shoulders service !

I was provided a massage session by a NOT licensed therapist and could not claim my expense with my health insurance company. I was not informed by the girl at the front desk that that was the case and wasted money. Thank you very much.

Not a good Place: Do no go!

A very misleading massage parlor with the information they provide you. I booked an appointment telling them that, I have to claim the money from my insurance and they told me that, they will be getting me the therapist who is registered and I will get the money back. In the end they tell me that there might be a case with the person that gave u a massage, that you might not get paid for it and told me that they will give me a better person next time who they know if a registered person. They called me 15 mins earlier so as to fill in the form which I did. They person came 5 mins late. I took 2 mins to be inside the blanket. Person came after 5 mins and ended 5 mins earlier. Total time 40-45 mins and I payed for an hour. The massage was anyway not good at all.

VERY DISAPOINTED

I recently injured my back at work and have previously found massage helpful. I called to book my appointment, and asked if the massage would be covered under my insurance, the receptionist was quick to say yes that I would be covered. When I arrived I told the receptionist that I was with sunlife and asked if they did direct billing, she told me it was easy and I could do it online myself. My massage therapist was Neil, he was great. When I left the receptionist said it should only take about 48 hours to get my money back from insurance. I sent my information online to sunlife, and was surprised to see that the claim was denied. I proceeded to call sunlife who informed me Neil didn't have 2200 hours. I called massage heights, the receptionist told me this has never happened before and the manager wasn't in but she would call me back the next day. A few days went by and there was no phone call. After calling back the manager wasn't in again. Finally later that day Aleia called me back to inform me Neil didn't have the 2200 hours, and passed the blame onto the insurance company. I would have NEVER got the massage if I knew it wasn't going to be covered. They were so shady and I would never go back here again.

Amazing Value!

I have been getting regular therapeutic massages for over 10 years in Calgary and highly recommend Massage Heights. Their hours are convenient, and I can usually book an appointment anytime with a choice of different therapists, all of who are fantastic. The clinic has a great atmosphere, similar to a Spa and the staff are very friendly. You will not find a better deal in Calgary for a massage!
