Terrible Company
Kensington Insurance is a terrible broker and I would advice anyone from using their services. Their rates are not competitive and when I cancelled after being their customer for a few years they did not send in the cancellation paperwork I faxed them. I called and talked to Dale 3-4 times and each time he assured me that he would call the insurance company and get back to me. Time and time again he claimed the companies were just behind in their paper work and that he would call them and ensure we were taken care of. It did not happen. After 3 months of paying double insurance we finally called the insurance company directly and got ourselves cancelled and refunded for the time we were paying double insurance. If you do not enjoy being lied to and given horrible customer service do not use this company.
