I was a previous client of JD Auto for over 10 years and have experienced a major deterioration of JD Auto’s workmanship, warranties and overall service experience for the past few years (the list is too long to itemize!). The owner does not take responsibility for poor workmanship performed by his mechanics or himself, including diagnosing and repairing vehicles. The owner is also extremely arrogant and has no appreciation or respect for clients, including the numerous customers that I have referred to him. I would never recommend JD Auto again, and if you want to avoid your car being ruined by an incompetent mechanic or having terrible customer service stay away!
