Pre paid for one year - Greendrop does not answer their phone at all. Waited for hours trying to get through but no pick up - You do get an annoying ON HOLD message every 15 seconds or so. DO NOT USE GREEN DROP. no customer service!
We hired GreenDrop Calgary in 2009 , and in 2010 decided not to use them. They automatically assumed we would renew without our permission: that is what they do. So if you do hire them, be warned: they will renew you, but YOU have to tell them not to, or they will just send one of their employees anyway.
I called them 3 weeks ago . Paid for on the phone with my card .3 weeks and still no service.They first told me they only come to Crossfield on fridays, after a couple of weeks they said the next nice day.Now they say only on Saturdays they come here will to many lies I want my money back.My yard is all yellow now because of dandilions.
