    I had the worst c...

    I had the worst customer service exp in my life at the Mcleod Fabutan location. The rep didn't greet me when I walked in, when I asked if she had anything available she said nothing til 6. I said I'll wait, she said the whole hour? I said yes, she then said "no, your kids can't be unattended, company policy" I said my friends are there with my kids, as you can see. She said OK, rolling her eyes at me. Unwelcomed since I walked in until I was forced out with rudeness, ofcourse I did not stay.

    Good Experience

    My wife likes to go and get a little what she calls "base" before we go away on a beach vacation. She has been to a few different places but she continuely goes back to Fabutan - she said that the people are nice there - and she doesn't find that she gets too dark or orange. She really just wants to look "sunned" not spraypainted - and I have never had any complaints about it when she goes here.
