UNPROFESSIONAL & OVERPRICED
This place is over priced for just basic alterations like getting my jeans hemmed with just a regular hem cost me $30. It took over a week for them to complete the service. They were still a little long when I picked them up and tried them on so I called to ask if they would fix them and the owner said they would fix them. When I brought them back he gave me a hard time saying that they are not too long and that I agreed to the length and after trying to explain to him that I still feel they were too long and that I was not satisfied he told me that he will fix one at no cost but the other pair I would have to pay for! I refused to pay for a service that I had initially paid for but was not completely satisfied with as my jeans were still too long. He was very abrasive and unprofessional and his tone and body language were also offensive. Do not take anything here for repairs or alterations if you want professional service and modest prices!
