Biljana Voica's workdays are always busy, but she still manages to make sure clients get the attention they need. “We are currently booking three months in advance, even in January, the slowest season,” Biljana says. Opened in 2012, Cleen Cheeks Spa has yet to have a ‘slow’ season. “I have to book myself in for a lunch break, but I usually give that up for a client because we want to make sure they get our full attention,” she says.
While Cleen Cheeks Spa is relatively new to the personal care industry, Biljana has been involved in it for years. “I’ve worked in many spas before and I knew that the cleaning procedures could be better. I would often be booked back-to-back, so there would be no time allotted for proper sanitation and preparation for the next client.” Biljana knew this was something she wanted to change when she opened up her own business.
