I booked DIAMOND Cabs online yesterday afternoon from Calgary airport, to take me to Airdrie. Our experience was that airdrie DIAMOND Cabs were excellent, and the cost of $39.50. I got the text confirmation as indicated; our driver was waiting for me. car was in very good condition and clean and the driver was excellent. very impressed with service. I scheduled a reservation go to airport .its only cost me $35. It was an awesome experience using the services of DIAMOND CAB. Very courteous driver and a new vehicle. these guys are fantastic I will definitely call these guys again when I go back to Airdrie.

Great prices and very friendly helpful staff. But what I like the most is their honesty. When they say its a 10 minute wait it actually is a 10 minute wait. When they're too overwhelmed with calls they give me an ETA and their drivers call when outside so I don't have to wait in the cold. I appreciate that more than being lied to about a car being 10minutes away every time i call to check on it.....
I always call them and they say it is going to be 10 minutes. But they always take more than 20 minutes to be there.
Called the night before and booked my cab. Driver calls me saying he's going to be a few minutes late....25 minutes later he shows up. I arrive late at the airport and the guy still charges me, then I miss my flight! By far the worst cab service I've had. When you book a cab for 4:30am a day in advance in order to make a flight, YOU DEPEND ON IT! Ill never use them again.
