United Cabs

Called at 12 and had to call back at 12:30 because the cab never showed up. When I called at 12:30 they said it was on its way and at 1 it still hadn’t shown up. Ended up walking to my house. Not impressed with the service at all.

Very rude on the phone

I didnt even have a ride with these guys and i had a terrible experience. I have a small car, parked well within the lines of my space, and when i came out of the store, this united cab van was sitting on my bumper. He actually hit my car, left it against my bumper and went in shopping. No, my car isnt new, no it wasnt damaged. But its what i have. Is this the quality of drivers that they hire? So disappointed.

If I could give no stars I would, if I drop something in the cab, I am to never see it again, I even once tract my cellphone with find my iPhone to the lady's house who drove me around, I know her cause she's my friends aunt, and still I didn't get it back. Just last night I dropped something personal in a cab, called to get it back last night and they said they "never found it" this place needs new management and new drivers. Or I'm never to take one again
